This near-infrared laser phototherapy helmet works by using specific wavelengths of near-infrared light to non-invasively penetrate the skull and directly target deep brain structures. Its core principle is that the light energy, absorbed by mitochondria in the cells, significantly increases cellular energy production and promotes the synthesis and release of key neurotransmitters (such as dopamine). We provide a 1070nm test card. Simply shine the light from the helmet onto the test card while the helmet is operating – you will see a visible reaction to confirm that the device is working correctly.
Step 1: Connect the controller to the helmet.
Step 2: Press and hold the controller button to turn it on or off.
Step 3: Use the up and down buttons to select the working mode, time, frequency, and power.
Step 4: Use the left and right buttons to adjust the selected mode.
Step 5: Press the OK button to turn the LED indicator on or off.
Step 6: Wear the helmet and begin treatment.
The multifunctional controller is easy to operate. Users can select between continuous wave (CW) or pulsed wave (PW) modes, and the power can be adjusted in four levels: 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. The treatment time can be flexibly set from 1 to 60 minutes. The controller has four preset common frequencies (10Hz, 40Hz, 400Hz, and 4698Hz) for quick selection, and also supports custom frequencies within the range of 1 to 20000Hz to meet diverse treatment needs. When using the 810nm/1070nm brain phototherapy helmet for photobiomodulation therapy, the required pulse frequency and treatment duration can be adjusted accordingly for different brain diseases.
For optimal results, it is recommended to use the Pulsed Wave (PW) mode, 40Hz frequency, 100% power, six times a week, 24 minutes per session, and continue this treatment for 8-12 weeks.
